1. The service

TimeBar computes statutory response deadlines for construction payment claims and payment schedules under security-of-payment law, shows the working, and escalates what it cannot verify. NSW first; QLD as general information.

2. Price and payment

Guardian Standard A$49/mo · Guardian Pro A$79/mo · Single-claim sprint A$99 one-off · AUD, GST incl. Payment is taken through our secure checkout once live; while payments are being connected, orders are recorded as reservations and no payment is taken. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

3. Refund policy

The short version: Full refund within 24 hours of signup if TimeBar has not computed a deadline for you. Monthly plans cancel anytime; elapsed months are not refunded.

1. Full refund within 24 hours of signup if TimeBar has not computed a single deadline for you. Request it within 7 days; it is issued within 5 business days, no arguments.

2. Monthly plans (Standard, Pro) cancel anytime. The current month is not refunded once deadlines have been computed.

3. The single-claim sprint is refundable within 24 hours of purchase if no computation has been delivered.

4. What the service is not

TimeBar provides general information only, not legal advice. TimeBar never assesses prospects, suggests defences, files documents, or acts as your agent.

5. Your responsibilities

The documents you forward are ones you are entitled to share.
You confirm every computed date with a construction solicitor before relying on it.
You do not rely on TimeBar for states or territories other than NSW and QLD.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit material you have no right to share, or use it to send unsolicited messages to third parties.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email to current customers, and the updated date above changes with them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
